SSoY is offering The Yoga Studies Course

We have designed this 8 week course as both an introduction to the deeper studies of yoga, as well as a preview of our 200 hour teacher training program. It's perfect for those wanting to dive more into yoga studies, but don't have interest in teaching yoga.

We'll meet for 8 weeks, noon to 6 every Sunday and go over:

• Yoga Asana for YOUR body: how to get into alignment that works for YOU
• Yoga Philosophy: what does yoga mean? how to live your yoga everyday
• Anatomy: understanding the muscles and bones in your poses
• Pranayama: breath work to deepen your practice
• Meditation: strengthen your mind and relax your body
• Chakras: connect with your subtle energy centers
• Ayurveda: what dosas drive your life?
• Self-Discovery: putting it all together for a better you
