This 10 hour training will provide continuing education for 200hr certified Yoga Instructors, and a deeper look into Yin Yoga for inspired students. *This training will begin at Ra Yoga with Melissa's 10:30am Yin class on Sunday. The training will then convene at Ra University at 12:30pm - 7:00pm and conclude Monday 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

Join Melissa Christensen for a journey into the history and philosophy of Yin yoga. Yin yoga is an ancient system designed to systematically open the body by lengthening the connective tissue. Whether you are looking to expend your teaching knowledge or just really want to understand this gentle yet intense style of Yoga, this training is for you. At the end of this training, along with your previously acquired 200 hour yoga certification, you will be qualified to teach/sub Yin at Ra Yoga.
